Leg Workout:
– Sumo deadlifts: 5 sets of 10, 10, 8, 5, 5
– Squats: 5 sets of 10, 10, 6, 5, 3
– Super Set: RDL’s (3 sets of 15) with Reverse lunges (3 sets of 10 each leg)
– Super Set: DB sumo squat (3 sets of 15) with weighted standing abductors (3 sets of 10 each leg)
– Calf raises: 3 sets of 20
